At House of Kaura, every product is handcrafted with love and goes through a detailed quality check before dispatch. Since our pieces are made using artisanal techniques, minor variations in color, weave, or finish are natural and part of the beauty of handmade clothing. These are not considered defects.

In case of a genuine issue such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months).

The exchange or replacement of the product will be delivered within 7-10 days.

To raise a concern, please write to us at houseofkaura@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the product. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
